Frequently Asked Questions
What if I'd like more than 15 images?
You're not alone! 15 images are included, but you always have the option to expand your gallery with additional images (starting at $50 each, with tiered savings the more you purchase). Most clients invest an additional $200–$1,000+ on their favorite images to complete their gallery
My dog doesn't know 'sit' or 'stay', can I still book a shoot?
Yes! A little patience, treats, and teamwork go a long way! Although a dog that responds well to cues makes photographing and posing a bit easier, it is not a requirement.
When will I receive my photos?
I aim to deliver your completed online gallery within 2-3 weeks after your photoshoot! Depending on the time of year and how many sessions were before yours, your delivery time could be shorter or longer than expected.
Do you ever photograph dogs and people?
Yes! I am always happy to include you in some of the shots with your soul dog! If you'd like to jump in the frame for a few, don't hesitate to ask before your shoot or mention it in your contact form!
Does my dog have to be off leash?
Not at all! I will show you how to hold the leash and where to stand for the best results. If you are confident that your pup has a secure “stay,” we can take the leash off. You know your dog best, so we will do whatever you are comfortable with. I don’t ever expect to sacrifice your dog’s safety for any photo!
Can you photograph my fearful or reactive dog?
Of course! Please inform me of your dog’s behaviors/triggers in your contact form. I will respect your instructions on how to interact (or not) during our time together. I have a degree in animal behavior, years of experience working with shelter dogs, and a Fear Free Pet Professional certification; I will always respect your dog’s space and emotional well-being!
Do you only photograph dogs?
Nope! Although dogs are the most common, I have photographed cats, horses, reptiles, and small mammals!
